Sam Kello Clk ------"------ ========================================================================================== ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ [In the left margin] Blunt Eliz Will In the Name of God Amen I Elizabeth Blunt of the County of Southampton being in my Perfect Sense & memory do make & ordain this my last will and testament in manner & form as followeth, to wit: Imprimis: I give and bequeath unto my daughter Francis Briggs Lucas & to heirs forever all that tract or parcel of land that I purchased of Lewis Grigg in the county of Greensville containing by estimation thirty acres but in case she should die without issue or before marriage then and in that case I Give & bequeath the said tract or parcel of land into my son Benja Wm Blunt & to his heirs forever Item: I Give unto my daughter Francis Briggs Lucas one negro gril named Clarissa to her & to heirs forever But in case my said daughter Francis Briggs Lucas should die without issue or before Marriage then & in that case I Give the said negro Clarissa unto my friends William Lucas (of Maclinburg) & Rebeccah Raines ( wife to Hartwell Raines) to be equally divided between then to them & their heirs forever I do appoint my loving husband Samuel Blunt Executor of this my last will and testament revoking all other wills by me heretofore made.
